The Founder and President, Shannan Wilson started Focus Talent & Promotions in her attic in 2004. She has grown the business from those humble beginnings into what it is today – a premier promotional staffing agency with a list of devoted clients that include some of the largest companies in the country.

Shannan's nearly 10 years of experience as a trade show model in New York, Los Angeles and Philadelphia and position as Captain and Narrator for Mitsubishi during the Auto Show season sparked her interest in recruiting staff for promotional events. She dedicated herself to working hard and focusing on delivering her best to each client. Through this experience, Shannan discovered that working as "talent" was more than just being part of an event – it presented the opportunity to be a true brand ambassador for her clients.

Shannan built on her knowledge and expertise and created Focus Talent in 2004 with the goal of recruiting promotional staff that also share her level of commitment and value their role as the face of an organization and its brand.

Before joining our staffing team in 2011, Laura worked as a project manager for several national companies. Our clients appreciate Laura's efficiency and resourcefulness and she enjoys working with our clients and staff from around the country.

Shanna has been with Focus since 2011. She is an organized, high energy professional who helps with a variety of tasks around the office and also works our promotional events in the PA, DE, NJ and NY area.
